Miss Dulce

Admin Assistant/Teacher

I was born and raised in Sacramento and come from a family of nine. Being the second oldest, I helped my mom with the younger siblings which sparked my love for children at an early age. Ever since I was in elementary school I wanted to be a teacher and that continues to be my goal. I began my journey here in 2017 appreciate the opportunity given to me to work with all the children of Learning Pointe Christian Preschool. As a staff member at Learning Pointe my goal is to be able to help each child learn through play and be a part of their educational experience.

I want to become an effective teacher and be like the many great teachers I had during my early school years.

Infant Teacher - Grace Room

Development field, with most of my time spent nurturing relationships with toddlers aged 12 to 24 months. I have completed more than 18 units in Child Development courses and have had the privilege of advancing my professional skills through PITC (a program for Infants and Toddler care for quality). I have also participated in PBM Plus, a program designed to enhance both care and education quality.

I firmly believe in respecting each child's developing abilities, individual strengths, and needs, as well as their family's culture and languages. By doing so, I am fortunate to witness the unique magic of every child's development unfold.

On a personal note, I am married and blessed with a son. My family enjoys outdoor adventures, and I have a deep love for art and crafting. I am sincerely grateful for the opportunity to get to know you and your family!

I was born in San Francisco and later moved to Sacramento. I have two children, a daughter and a son. I studied at American River College and earned my A.A. in Early Childhood Education.

I have been working in the early childhood field since 2013; however, I have been caring for children for most of my life.

Working with children is my passion. I believe we can make a significant difference in their lives and help shape their future.

2's Teacher - Hope Room 2

I was born in San Antonio, Texas, and moved to California when I was 5, where I've lived ever since. I graduated from Sac State with a BA in Child Development. With over 20 years of experience, I've had the pleasure of working with children of all age groups, but my favorites are the 2-3 year olds.

What I love most about working with children is witnessing their excitement for learning, knowing that I play a part in their growth and development. In my free time, I enjoy baking, spending quality moments with family and friends, and shopping on occasion.

My favorite verse is Philippians 4:13.

3's Teacher - Love Room

Hello! I'm from Southern California and have been teaching preschool since 2017. I'm passionate about creating exciting and engaging activities for your little ones to learn from. I thoroughly enjoy interacting with the children through play and imagination, and I love to build on their interests when planning my curriculum.

In my free time, I run a small Etsy shop for children's sensory activities. I have also self published several children's books through Amazon.

So excited to meet you!

Miss Toni

3's Teacher - Promise Room

I was born in Sacramento but grew up around Lake County. I worked at an elementary school as a Paraprofessional for four years before relocating to Sacramento. As my husband and I decided to start our family, I chose to enter the field of Child Development to be close to my children.

In 2012, I joined Learning Pointe with my daughter, who was then 2 years old. It has been a tremendous blessing to work with children and wonderful people.

4's Teacher - Faith Room

I have always had a passion for working with children, since I was a child myself. Providing a safe place for all children is my highest priority. It is confirmed daily that this is what God has called me to do.

I have been at Learning Pointe for 4 school years now, and I absolutely enjoy working here. From the amazing team of teachers and admin, to the support and kindness from the families, and most importantly, watching each child who comes to Learning Pointe grow educationally and spiritually. The Faith class and I look forward to many more memories to come.
